The Whitefield Brothers, In the Raw… Playing this record while cleaning up on a Saturday afternoon is like the addition of sambal to eggs or peri peri sauce to roasted chicken.
Many years ago, I randomly came across this one record store in Chicago’s Belmont/Broadway neighbourhood. I really like Chicago and would love to go back there in the future. It’s similar to Toronto, but its cleaner, has nicer buildings, and friendlier people. Toronto wins on the food choices though.
Anyways, this album is all instrumental funk, so its all good…
